I woke this morning after for some reason a bad nights sleep, and feeling a bit grumpy and I defiantly got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning. I put on my cycling stuff and new shoes that I was planning to test last night but never got chance too (sorry to the Hit the North guys, Google maps gave the the directions to the wrong Pub) and headed off to work, you know them days that every little thing annoys you, well this morning i was having one of them days. I got to work, had a shower and made a brew and I was ready for a days work because I was going to be busy. After a hour or so I got a call saying 2 big boxes have arrived, excited i rushed down stairs.
Look what's arrived, it's the only time I'm regretting coming to work on the bike when I get a massive stock of Torq Fitness stuff. It should keep me going for a while. God knows how I'm going to get it all home tonight, but I guess it will have to be done in 2 or more trips because I can't fit it all in my rucksack.
I have been using the gels and energy drink for a long time but have never had the bars or recovery drink so it should be interesting.
